Meet Your Coach

Alex Armstrong is a running coach with over a decade of experience helping people start running, build confidence, and stay consistent. With a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science, and a Master’s degree in Nutrition, Alex coaches runners with both health and long-term progress in mind. Their approach is simple, supportive, and evidence-based, focused on helping runners move better, fuel well, and enjoy the process, whether they’re brand new to running or returning after time away.
